Once Human has so many resources to collect, and they’re spread all over the place. Here is how to find and gather all the resources and materials you will need in Once Human.
All resources in Once Human
None of the resources in Once Human are that hard to get once you knowwhere or how to acquire them. However, knowingwhere to build your first baseis always helpful. It will save you an awful lot of time running around the map trying to find things. Sure, that remote mountaintop may look cool for your eagle’s nest, but you’re out of luck if the nearest source of wood is right at the bottom.
Resources are collected infour different ways. They can be gathered, mined, smelted, and disassembled.
Mined resources
Mined resources can be found via the various nodes around the Once Human map. However, you won’t be able to grab them all straight away. Oftenyou will need a better toolbefore you may dig it from the ground. Once you progress to a certain point you can develop a drill that will make resource collection much easier in Once Human.
Gathered resources
Gathered resources and materials are found while out and about in Once Human. Some of them will require you toget into the Silosaround the map or other points of interest. However, the best tactic for gathering these materials is to justgrab them whenever you see them.
You can find the various Silos in Once Human at these spots on the map.
Smelting will take a little time to research as you will also have toacquire the memetic nodesto be able to do it. Once you have the required level, use your smelter to get these materials in Once Human.
Smelting will come quite early on in Once Human, withthe furnacebeing one of the first nodes you need to research. Using the furnace will require a combination of resources. The first one you will need is charcoal which is made by throwing any wood into the furnace.
You can thenuse this charcoal to smeltvarious other ores and materials into their new form. This list is the complete selection of all the materials you can create on the Once Human furnace.
Dissasembly

However, the following materials can all be acquired in Once Human bydisassembling trash. One man’s trash is another man’s treasure, as they say.
There are many fish to catch around the map in Once Human. Most of the fish can be caught at most fishing spots. However, certain fish, such as the Barracuda and Eels, have spots that are specific for them. I will mark out all the best fishing spots in Once Human, and if there are specific fish to be caught at them, I will mark them on the list.
