Etheria: Restart’s massive roster of Hyperlink characters makes it challenging for players to learn every single one while learning the mechanics.

You’re probably wondering which are strong, so you can start farming automatically and progress through the endgame content. Thing is, each Hyperlink has its strengths and weaknesses, depending on which content you want to run, but some are always great. Here are some of the best Hyperlinks in Etheria Restart.

Before we get into the tier list, you need a general overview of game mechanics and how they can drastically change a Hyperlink’s effectiveness depending on the content being run. Different content has different mechanics, so most of the time you’ll need to switch up your team according to what you’re running.

For example, Rosa is a top-tier DPS, but she’s useless against Terrormaton because of the elemental disadvantage. Rosa can hold a higher sustained damage against targets, but Lian can clear easier content faster because of her burst, not to mention that you’ll get some free Animus upgrades for Lian, making her the starter DPS choice for most new players.

This tier listcovers every aspect of the Hyperlinks, such as Massiah’s strength on all forms of content, Lian’s DPS burst and easy access to upgrades, Freya’s all-in-one support, and more.

Freyais undoubtedly a must-have support for her buffs, cleans, debuffs, and much more. She can even apply buffs to help your team sustain/heal when dealing damage, so that you can add more DPS to easier content and farm faster.

Lian’seasy access to upgrades because of the Hyperlink Charter rewards and her incredible burst damage make her one of the best DPS in the game, and you get her for free!

Beyotin’srevive makes her a unique support compared to Freya, and she can also advance the team’s turn meter and help your team naturally deal more damage with cooldown manipulation.

Massiahis one of the strongest DPS units in the game for both PvE and PvP, but he is hard to get.

Heinrich’sbiggest strength is his ability to strip buffs, making him a mandatory unit for specific content. He is also a pseudo-DPS, filling two roles for one.

Klossis one of the best debuffers in the game, and she also shines in most content, apart from any Reason content.

Lingluois one of the strongest healers and has cleanses and buffs for the team, making her the ultimate support for hard content.

Lily’sability to manipulate turns by causing delay, giving speed, advancing your team, and so much more, makes her an awesome support. She’s a must-have for most team comps, but she’s a Disorder Hyperlink, and Disorder and Constant SSR Hyperlinks are extremely hard to get.

Most of these Hyperlinks can also be “Tier S” depending on what content you are running, so don’t underestimate any character in the game.

Marvellis one of the best early turn manipulators, where he can slow the enemy team and speed up your team as well. For an SR Hyperlink, he’s a great boost for F2P players.

DokiDokiis an amazing support because she can manipulate turns with her kit, but Lily slightly overshadows her.

Valerian’scrowd-control, buffs, and HP equilibrium help sustain the team more thoroughly, making harder runs more consistent.

Sania (Shadow)shines in stronger targets because of her DoTs. There will definitely be more content released in the future where her effectiveness can shine more.

Miacould also be a Tier S healer like Lingluo, but she offers more support than healing for your team.

Ditingis a decent debuff DPS unit, but he mostly shines in Union content, making him a strong SR for clearing.

Gray and Chiakiare one of the first Hyperlinks you’ll play, and they are amazing for specific PvE content, especially if you built them while progressing. Some players might even put Gray as a Tier S just because of his consistent defense break and decent damage output from bonuses and easy upgrades.

The rest of the hyperlinks should shine in specific content, especially SSRs that weren’t aren’t on the PvE list. You just need to know the mechanics of the content, and you’d also want a general rule of thumb for your team, such as havingone stripper(remove buffs from enemies),a healer or support,a defense down debuffer, and aDPS.

If you are quite unlucky with your summons and haven’t progressed as much, you could check out ourrerolling guideand try to reroll your account until you get a strong Hyperlink to start with.
