Science Fact
Put aside skepticism and help Larry
Unlocks after finishing all quests relating to the Aliens side quests. Larry in John’s Region will be the star of this quest. He is located in Parker Laboratories, near the fast travel point and he will be trapped behind an electric barrier. To disable it, players must turn off 3 generators nearby. This will start the next stage of quests. Remember to report back to Larry after each quest.
Next, head towards Holland Valley in John’s Region once players have already freed Larry and have the Grapple Perk. The player will have to destroy all 5 of the “listening devices” aka satellite dishes on PurpleTop Telecom Tower. Firstly, take out 2 dishes and head to the peak of the tower. Help will arrive for the player so they can knock out the remaining 3 dishes. Eliminate all enemies and that will complete the quest.
After that, head towards Holland Valley in John’s Region once players have completed the 5 satellite dishes, they will have to obtain 4 glowing objects hidden at Bradbury Farm. Players should complete this task at night as the objects glow with a bright neon green hue. Make sure to pay attention to the sounds as they emit a pulsing hum.
Finally, return to Parker Laboratories and talk to Larry in Holland Valley. Larry will tell you to head north to the Hilgard Electric Power Station. Once there, the game will provide a waypoint that directs you to a small shack. Flip the switch and then you must reroute 5 electrical transformers. Each switch that gets flip will activate the next waypoint for the player to follow.
Return to Parker Laboratories and talk to Larry one final time. He will instruct you one last time and remember to pick up the Magnopulser and Larry’s Shoes in the chamber.
