This particular quest can be started by speaking withLab Rat in your base.The mission requires you to find a person named Kanoa Sinorath. She can be found in a building, but the location will vary depending on the faction of your choice. Here are the locations where you’ll have to look for to find Kanoa:

Once you’re at the required location, look out for a small one-story building with a wall. You can easily vault over the wall and head inside. Here, you’ll find Kanoa, but she’s already dead when you arrive. This makes things a bit trickier, so you need to have proof of identity.
Look between her hands, and you’ll find a medallion. This is the item you require to complete this quest since it’s no longer possible to bring Kanoa with you. Hold the F key (default controls) to pick the medallion up and store it in your inventory. Once done, call for extraction and return back to your base.
