This can be tough if you don’t know where to look or how to earn them. But if you’re an achievement hunter and want to find them all, here’s how to do it.
Sovereign Syndicate: Where to find all fans
The “Fan Collector” quest for Clara Reed asks her to collect as many hand fans as she can. For most of these, you need to get through specific dialogue options or complete certain quests. Let’s get into how to find all the fan locations in Sovereign Syndicate.
Elaborate Fan
This is probably the very first fan you’ll find. At the start of Chapter Two, while Clara is just leaving her room, you can find thisElaborate Fan sitting on a table. Silas left it for her, and this will start the Fan Collector quest.
Dolores’ Fan
After you find theladsman in Sorris Squarefor Dolores’ “By a Thread” quest,Dolores Chen in the Laundry at Red Lantern Lane will gift you Dolores’ Fan. you may get this quest as early as Chapter Two to help pay off Greenstreet.
Arianna’s Fan
Arianna Luttrell will gift you Arianna’s Fan after you help her get out of a sticky situation. Find her inSorris Square speaking to a police officer(I found her in Chapter Five) and smooth-talk the officer to help Arianna out.

You can get the Ugly Fan, a gift from Mr. Cunningham, myspeaking to Souri, the desk clerk at the Bell Jar Hotel. If you keep chatting with her, she’ll eventually remember the gift and give the fan to you. Unfortunately, it’s not a very pretty fan.
Another fan you can find isin the Curiosity Shoppeon Tenter Street. Talk to Anselina behind the counter and ask if she is selling any nice fans. You can then purchase the Cheap Fan for one shilling.
I’m not exactly sure how this fan can get into Clara’s hands, but I noticedin the opium den inside the Red Lotus Bathhouseon Red Lantern Lane there’s a Fancy Fan that someone like Atticus can pick up. But Clara isn’t allowed inside, so I’m guessing there’s a way for Atticus to somehow give this fan to Clara in the game.
