Kingdom: The Blood Action-RPG Based on Netflix Series Announced
Often we see games getting their ownNetflixadaptation, with the likes ofThe Witcher,Castlevaniaand League of Legends-based animated series Arcane. However, here’s one happening in reverse. The zombie action series Kingdom is being transformed into a single-player and multiplayer title called Kingdom: The Blood for PC, iOS and Android.
Described as a game that will recreate characters from the series, with “high-quality 3D graphics”. The developer will keep the Korean culture with “utmost care” hopefully translating in some fluid gameplay and dark but carefully depicted aesthetically. From the footage shown it’s what you’d expect from mobile game graphics-wise. Combat looks to be just as gory as you’d expect from zombie slashing with swords and axes.

Players will be able to experience the beautiful sceneries seen in the series…well overrun with zombies of course. Character creation will allow for customisation of your own character, with costume options including traditional Korean clothing such as the Hanbok.
If you were hoping that the game will tie in with the series' narrative, the game will have a story mode that follows the drama. Other modes teased include Conquest Mode, consisting of five-minute battles as well as epic multi-boss battles and PVP combat. If Korean combat zombie-killing sounds like your adrenaline-ridden cup of tea, then look forward to the title coming to both PC and mobile.

Recently mobile/PC hybrids are coming more common place, with Action-RPGGenshin Impactstill going strong withupdatesand releases. Most recentlyDiablo Immortalhad some questionable monetisation, but offers both a mobile and PC experience.
Kingdom: The Bloodwill be coming to PC, iOS and Android. No release window has been announced as of yet.
