Another classic shooter IP looks to make a fresh new start later this year.
As part of the announcement, Saber Interactive revealed that pre-orders are now live and detailed the various bonuses fans can expect to receive should they decide to take advantage. There are actually several packages depending on the version pre-ordered, but they all include bonus character and weapon skins. Read on below for the full breakdown of everything.

Again, pre-orders differ depending on what version one buys and how they buy it, so here are all the available packages.
Standard Edition
It’s not clear whether this is in addition to the Iron Crusade skin pack, but it’s likely that the two packs are indeed separate considering the distinction Saber Interactive made in its announcement. Thus, fans should make sure to ask about it when they go to put in their orders.
Deluxe Edition
For now, it appears that the Deluxe Edition is only available digitally, but that could change in the future, so stay tuned.
You must fight your way out of Purgatory, but you don’t have to do it alone.
It’s been a minute sincePainkiller: Hell & Damnation, and there are a few differences in this new version, so here’s what’s going on. Painkiller introduces players to a version of Earth that’s under invasion by the fallen angel Azazel and the forces following him. None seem to be capable of stopping him, but that’s where Painkiller’s playable cast comes in.
Painkiller introduces players to a version of Earth that’s under invasion by the fallen angel Azazel and the forces following him.

They’re all currently in Purgatory due to the sorts of lives they lived, but now they have one last chance to make it out. All they have to do is decimate Azaezel’s demon army and save the mortal plane. Be it alone or together with up to two others, players will need theirDOOM-like arsenalof weapons and gear and mercilessly chew up everything in their path to ensure their own success and reward. Each character is different, though, so players will need to take care to choose the one that complements their play style best.
Again, Painkiller is set to launch for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on October 9.
