Shuffle Time in Persona 3 Reload can earn you some incredible rewards, but what are all the cards and what do they do?
We’ll outline all the Minor and Major Arcana in addition to Persona cards you can collect. What you pick will determine your Tartarus run, so ensure to choose wisely.
All Shuffle Time cards and their abilities in Persona 3 Reload
Minor Arcana
Just like with real Tarot cards, the Minor Arcana come in four types:Cups, Coins, Wands, and Swords. Depending on which one you choose, you’ll receive different types of rewards:
As you make your wayfurther up the floors of Tartarus, these Minor Arcana will increase as well. You can tell how much of each reward you’ll receive by theamount of icons on the card. When deciding which to pick, think about what you need most.
If you’re low on yen, go for Coins. But if you’re looking tolevel up fast, choose Wands. I’d only go for Skill Cards that have rarer skills than usual, and choose Cups only if you truly need the health boost or buff.
Major Arcana
The Major Arcana are some of the best cards you can get in Shuffle Time. These will appear less often, but most commonly afterdefeating bosses in Monad Doors and Passages. You’ll unlock these special boss rooms once you make it to around level 90.
The Major Arcana cards you pick will stick around until you leaveTartarus. Once you get to the maximum amount of Major Arcana you can hold at one time you’ll achieve anArcana Burst. This is a unique opportunity that’llbuff the rewards from Minor Arcana and offer you another set of Minor Arcanato choose from.
This is why you should prioritize picking Major Arcana if they appear during Shuffle Time. You won’t have all Major Arcana unlocked by the start of the game, unfortunately. As you progress through the main story, you’ll get more Major Arcana added to the Shuffle Time deck. Here are all the Major Arcana and what they offer:
Persona cards
The final type of cards you can find in Shuffle Time are Persona cards. If it’s a Persona that currently isn’t in your possession, you can keep it. But if it’s a Persona you already have, it’ll simply giveall Personas you have with the same Arcana an EXP bonus.
If you have no room for more Personas you can still choose to take a Persona card and replace it with any of your current Personas. I’d recommend getting new Persona cards for fusion purposes.
Now that you know a lot more about Shuffle Time cards, do you know aboutall the Status Ailmentsyou can be affected by in Tartarus?
