If you’ve ever used Pwn20wnd’sunc0verjailbreak tool to liberate a device running iOS 11 or iOS 12, then you’re probably familiar with the process ofvisiting the hacker’s GitHub pageto find and download the latest iteration of the tool. But that’s all changing as of today, and in a very good way.
In a rather exciting turn of events, Pwn20wnd launched a brand-new website on Tuesday dubbedunc0ver.devto host the unc0ver jailbreak tool. Pwn20wnd announced the launch of the websitevia Twitterjust this afternoon, noting that the current and all future releases will be published there:

A quick glance at the website on a mobile device leaves the user glancing at information such as:
According to the credits at the bottom of the webpage, unc0ver.dev was created with love by well-known jailbreak developers PINPAL and MidnightChip.

For what it’s worth, the Electra Team has had a dedicated website for the Chimera jailbreak tool since its launch, and the same was true regarding the iOS 11-centric Electra jailbreak. That said, it’s nice to see Pwn20wnd stepping up his game as unc0ver competes with Chimera for market share.
Pwn20wnd’s GitHub page is still up for business at the time of this writing, but it remains to be seen if the hacker will continue to publish updates there or only forward them to unc0ver.dev from now on.
