The official Outlaws account on X announced that we’ll get our first look at the game’s new DLC in a week—and during a big event.

“Tune in with us on April 18 during the Star Wars Celebration in Japan—we’ll be revealing a preview of what’s coming next in Star Wars Outlaws,” the post reads.

The message includes a telling image: Nix and Kay Vess stand in a scene where several starfighters chase an escape pod. But the most striking detail is a character in the background.

A Familiar Face Returns: Hondo Ohnaka

Just like the previous DLC Wild Card featured Lando Calrissian, the new content will include another familiar face from the saga:Hondo Ohnaka.

Ohnaka is a space pirate seeking revenge—until his plans take a turn when he encounters Kay and Nix. He’s also a well-known character among Star Wars fans.

This rogue made frequent appearances in two of the saga’s most beloved animated series,The Clone WarsandStar Wars Rebels, and quickly became a fan-favorite.

He started out as a pirate leader operating from Florrum, clashing with both the Jedi and the Separatists during the Clone Wars.

Over time, Ohnaka evolved into a more comedic and morally ambiguous character who helped the heroes—when it suited him. That’s exactly what he’ll be doing in theStar Wars OutlawsDLC.

In Rebels, he returned as a smuggler with a hidden soft spot, working with the crew of the Ghost for personal gain, only to show unexpected loyalty.

The A Pirate’s Fortune DLC will launch for Star Wars Outlaws this spring. Also this month, the official reveal of Star Wars: Zero Company, the strategy game by Respawn and Bit Reactor, is expected.
