Starfield is a massive game with resources scattered all around the cosmos. It can be an absolute mission to track where all of these resources are and where the best places to mine and gather them are. You can even set upoutposts on the most efficient planets to maximize your returns. Luckily, we’ve tracked downevery planet and moon in the gameand which resources they each have, and dumped them into an enormous database.
Starfield Resource Database Introduction
Our Starfield database has all core gatherable resources from planets and moons. Each resource page shows the mass and value of the item, as well as all planets and moons where you can gather them! You will also be able to see crafts that use that resource. If you are looking for more information about where that planet is located, make sure you check out that planet’s page in our database as it will show you the exact location to jump to.

Aid Crafting Resources
Crafting Aid items either at the Cooking Station or Pharmaceutical Lab may require some of the resources listed above, but there are often ingredients that are called for from the Aid category as well.
Furthermore, there are some recipes that call for a resource that can utilize a few different resources. For example a recipe may call for “Beer” but there are several different beers than can be used.
