You’ll need to upgrade theGlide Armorto a2 Starpiece of clothing to unlock its full potential, so gather upKeese WingsandAerocuda Eyeballs. You’ll findKeeseroaming throughoutHyruleat the nighttime hours, andAerocudaflying throughout the sky. Use yourBowto shoot them down while in freefall to claim their parts. You can also findAerocudathroughout the plains ofHyrule, but they’re not as common as theKeese.

Once you have leveled all three pieces of equipment up to the max, you’ll no longer need to worry aboutfall damage, as the upgraded clothing completely eradicates any sort of damage taken from falls.
