While the game’s delay to May 2026 disappointed many fans, the fresh information about both protagonists has reignited excitement, especially the new details about Lucia’s backstory. Liberty City is a Part of Lucia’s Past

What’s really interesting is that Lucia grew up with her mother in Liberty City before somehow ending up in Vice City. Her father taught her how to fight from a young age, skills that clearly will come in handy during her adventures with Jason Duval, her partner in crime. This Liberty City connection isn’t just a random detail. In the world of GTA, where locations are carefully chosen, this could be a huge hint about the game’s scope.
