The world of Wuthering Waves contains several elite enemies that can be defeated to earn trophies and obtain powerful Echoes, but tracking them down isn’t always easy. TheGorilla Gazerachievement in Wuthering Waves requires you to defeat an enemy calledWild Scarlet, but it doesn’t give you an exact location to find it.
The only hint you have to go off of is that the Wild Scarlet is located inDim Forest, which is the large region that comprises the southern portion of the Wuthering Waves map. That’s a lot of ground to cover, so it’s not exactly a helpful hint. How to Get the Gorilla Gazer Achievement in Wuthering Waves
you’re able to find the Wild Scarlet in theThorny Passagenear theGiant BanyanandViolent Banyanin the northern part of the Dim Forest region. You can see its exact location marked on the map below.
You should be prepared for a fight when you reach the designated area since the Wild Scarlet is alevel 120 bosswith additional enemies protecting it. You’ll need a strong team of high-level Resonators to take them down.
As long as your team islevel 60on average and is equipped withupgraded Echoes, you should be able to defeat them with enough patience. Just avoid getting hit at all costs since a single strike is likely to deplete your entire health bar.
You’ll only get10 Astritefor defeating the Wild Scarlet and claiming the Gorilla Gazer trophy in Wuthering Waves, but the real reward is thepowerful Echothat is guaranteed to drop the first time you slay this elite enemy. Each of therare red mist enemiesin Wuthering Waves is guaranteed to drop a rare Echo after your first clear, so seek them out to get better drops and save your waveplates.
